Aesthetics Regional Sales Director – South

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversees the recruitment, onboarding, training, and continuous development of sales team members across the region.

• Sets clear monthly and annual sales objectives and ensures the attainment of key performance indicators.

• Provides ongoing field coaching, performance evaluations, and mentorship to foster individual and team success.

• Cultivates and strengthens relationships with key aesthetic clients, physician partners, and strategic accounts.

• Creates and executes regional sales strategies that align with national sales initiatives.

• Evaluates sales trends and business insights to refine sales strategies and enhance territory growth.

• Ensures adherence to Company sales processes, documentation standards, CRM usage, and regulatory requirements.

• Works collaboratively with Marketing, Training/Education, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Operations teams.

• Represents the Company at trade shows, conferences, customer events, workshops, and regional gatherings as necessary.

• Conducts regular team meetings, business reviews, and field ride-alongs to assess sales approaches and alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field from an accredited college or university is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or a related field is required.

• At least 4 years of sales leadership experience managing field-based representatives is necessary.

• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales goals.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.

• Clearance of a favorable background investigation is required.
