Aesthetic Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engage and attract potential clients, fostering an inviting, upscale, and articulate environment.

• Provide clients with information about various cosmetic services, treatments, and procedures; effectively clarify technical medical-aesthetic processes to enhance revenue.

• Establish enduring, trust-based relationships with clients through outstanding, personalized customer service and follow-ups.

• Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service bookings and product sales.

• Organize complex scheduling for treatments, consultations, and executive meetings to optimize daily efficiency.

• Handle correspondence with high-end clients with discretion, sophistication, and professionalism.

• Maintain impeccable records, oversee client intake documentation, and support leadership with operational reporting and communication drafting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in high-end retail, luxury hospitality, or medical aesthetics sales.

• Demonstrated ability to learn, simplify, and confidently explain intricate cosmetic procedures, recovery times, and anticipated outcomes to clients.

• Experience at an Executive Assistant level (or a similar high-stakes administrative position) is highly desirable.

• Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential. You must be able to articulate complex procedures clearly, confidently, and persuasively to a discerning clientele.
