• Formulate and execute strategic account plans to meet sales objectives and enhance market presence.
• Drive the creation of multi-technology demand through New Business Opportunities (NBOs) across the entire product portfolio.
• Collaborate with Global teams to transform NBOs into revenue streams.
• Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term relationships with key clients by understanding their requirements and delivering customized solutions.
• Offer insights on new products that are essential for key customer segments.
• Work alongside internal teams and global counterparts to ensure market share capture and smooth delivery of products and services worldwide.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business possibilities.
• Regularly update senior management on account performance and market intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related area.
• Over 10 years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience in key account management within the Aerospace, Defense, and Space (ADS) sector for North America.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.
• Readiness to travel as required.
