• You will utilize your industry connections, technical credibility, and business acumen to acquire new clients and broaden strategic accounts.
• Take charge of the entire sales process for AS9100 and ISO certification services, from initial outreach to closure.
• Utilize an established network within aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing sectors to create new business opportunities.
• Position certification services as a strategic advantage rather than merely a compliance obligation.
• Craft customized proposals and solutions that align with the regulatory and operational requirements of clients.
• Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers within complex organizations.
• Remain attuned to market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the aerospace TIC sector.
• Collaborate across functions to guarantee seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Keep accurate pipeline records and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Demonstrated experience in selling AS9100 and/or ISO certification services (Required)
• Solid background in the aerospace, defense, or industrial manufacturing industries
• A well-established network of industry contacts that can be actively leveraged
• Comprehensive understanding of TIC industry dynamics and certification procedures
• Experience competing in markets that are highly regulated and driven by compliance
• Proven success in closing complex and consultative sales agreements
• Capability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders with credibility
• Experience collaborating with or alongside accredited certification bodies (CBs)
• Proficiency in Salesforce and standard business tools
• Practical exposure to ISO/AS9100 audit processes (preferable)
• Auditor credentials or formal ISO training (preferable)
