• Meet all sales and market objectives for a designated region through personal and direct sales efforts.
• Oversee the entire sales process for major accounts or groups of accounts within the Aerospace sector.
• Create, maintain, and consistently improve detailed account plans aimed at increasing sales and enhancing margins.
• Record, maintain, and manage a commercial opportunity pipeline utilizing structured CRM data.
• Recognize changes in customer demand and relay the implications to leadership.
• Initiate systematic prospecting activities to broaden the customer base and secure specifications.
• Take charge of commercial negotiations and the development of contracts with customers.
• Generate precise, bottom-up sales forecasts by customer and product category.
• Applicants must be U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, political asylees, or refugees to qualify.
• A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an outside sales role is necessary.
• Prior experience in selling higher technical products or within specialized markets is essential.
• Experience in Aerospace or Automotive parts and assemblies is preferred.
• Previous experience in a matrixed organization is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% across North America and globally to assist customers.
