This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, sustain, and transition Adaptive and XFA PDF Forms utilizing AEM Forms.
• Develop tailored AEM components, workflows, Form Data Models, and integrate backend systems.
• Create and uphold AEM Sites components, CSS, and customized branding for clients.
• Assess digital products using the DHS Trusted Tester approach to ensure compliance with Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards.
• Conduct both manual and automated accessibility testing, providing remediation development for XFA PDFs, Acrobat PDFs, AEM Sites, and various digital formats.
• Document findings and prepare Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs) and Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates (VPATs).
• Validate remediation efforts.
• Generate documentation outlining development best practices and standards.
• Work in collaboration with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver accessible digital solutions.
• Engage in Agile development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance, with the eligibility and willingness to acquire and uphold a Secret clearance.
• DHS Trusted Tester Certification, or the ability to obtain it.
• Over 3 years of experience in AEM Forms 6.4+ development.
• Proficiency with Adaptive Forms, XFA PDF Forms, Adobe Acrobat PDF, OSGi, AEM Sites, Form Data Models, Forms Portal, XML and JSON Schemas, CSS, CRX, and custom components.
• Experience in integrating AEM Forms with databases and backend systems.
• More than 3 years of JavaScript development experience.
• Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Section 508, WCAG 2.2 AA, accessibility testing, VPATs/ACRs, and accessibility testing tools such as NVDA, Axe, WAVE, ANDI, and Accessibility Insights.
• Proficient in using browser developer tools and issue-tracking platforms like Jira.
• Active Secret clearance is highly preferred.
• Experience with AEM JEE, Workbench, AdminUI, Adobe Sign, and JEE/OSGi administration is preferred.
• Experience in Agile, DevSecOps, or CI/CD environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with remediating accessible PDFs and Microsoft Office documents is preferred.
• IAAP, CPACC, WAS, CPWA, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are preferred.
• Knowledge of federal ICT accessibility policies and standards is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be willing and able to complete the government clearance process if selected.
