Advogado Trabalhista – Recursal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Prepare ordinary appeals, review appeals, instrument grievances, internal grievances, motions for clarification, counterarguments, and other labor process documents.

• Analyze judgments, court rulings, and judicial decisions to define procedural strategies.

• Develop and enhance legal theses aligned with the client's objectives.

• Conduct legal research and doctrinal studies to support documents and opinions.

• Engage in procedural monitoring before Regional Labor Courts and the Superior Labor Court.

• Draft opinions, reports, and procedural analyses.

• Contribute to the standardization of understandings and strategies within the portfolio.

• Track relevant legislative and jurisprudential changes impacting the area.

• Support the management of the procedural portfolio, ensuring technical quality and compliance with deadlines.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align demands and legal strategies.

• Identify procedural risks and propose solutions tailored to client needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law.

• Active registration with the OAB.

• Knowledge in Labor Law and Labor Procedure.

• Proficiency in drafting appeals and labor process documents.

• Strong critical analysis skills of judicial decisions and construction of legal theses.

• Familiarity with legal research and analysis of precedents.

• Experience with PJe systems and other electronic platforms of the courts.

• Excellent legal writing skills.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and deadline management.

• Experience in evidentiary hearings and oral advocacy.

• Postgraduate degree in Labor Law, Labor Procedure, or related fields.
