This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Comprehensive handling of labor lawsuits from initiation to conclusion;

• Drafting of procedural documents of medium to high complexity;

• Development of procedural strategies and risk analysis;

• Complete management of deadlines and legal portfolio;

• Conducting initial and instructional hearings;

• Involvement in settlement and execution;

• Direct communication with clients for alignment and reporting;

• Input and management of legal systems;

• Technical review of documents and submissions;

• Consultative role related to the processes managed;

• Application of technology and artificial intelligence tools in legal matters.

• Active registration with the OAB in the State of SC;

• Experience in labor litigation, preferably in law firms;

• Proficiency in PJe and electronic procedural routines;

• Experience in hearings and conducting instruction;

• Knowledge in labor calculations and execution;

• Excellent legal writing skills;

• Intermediate/advanced proficiency in the Office Suite;

• Familiarity with legal systems and AI tools.
