
Advisory Solution Director – Salesforce Practice, Consumer Business Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel strategic expansion within the Consumer Business Services sectors by effectively positioning associated multi-cloud solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data 360, and Agentforce).
• Consult with clients regarding Acxiom’s data management strategies to enhance Data360 and Agentforce.
• Facilitate solution strategy discussions, opportunity evaluations, account explorations, proposal presentations, and statement of work (SOW) negotiations with C-level executives.
• Partner with Salesforce account executives and ecosystem allies to discover and secure new client opportunities in Consumer Business Services.
• Craft and present persuasive sales presentations and solution demonstrations that align with client business and technology goals.
• Oversee and steer the entire sales process, ensuring a smooth transition from strategy to implementation.
• Establish long-lasting strategic relationships within the Consumer Business Services ecosystem to foster ongoing growth.
• Collaborate across functions with Acxiom advisory, engineering, delivery, and marketing teams to create industry-specific go-to-market strategies and solution offerings.
• Ensure precise pipeline forecasting and reporting that aligns with company objectives and sales goals.
• Remain updated on emerging trends in Consumer Business Services to position Acxiom as a credible thought leader.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales or account executive experience, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem consulting or services.
• At least 3 years of experience engaging with Consumer Business Services clients.
• Proven track record in selling Salesforce Platform and related Salesforce industry solutions and/or accelerators.
• Demonstrated success in managing intricate enterprise sales cycles and environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Salesforce Certifications in various Core Clouds, Agentforce, Data360, and Loyalty Management are highly preferred.
