• Propel strategic expansion within the Consumer Business Services sectors by promoting associated multi-cloud solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data 360, and Agentforce).
• Guide clients on Acxiom’s data management approaches to enhance Data360 and Agentforce.
• Facilitate solution strategy discussions, opportunity evaluations, account explorations, proposal presentations, and statement of work (SOW) negotiations with C-level executives.
• Partner with Salesforce account executives and ecosystem collaborators to discover and secure new logo opportunities in Consumer Business Services.
• Create and present persuasive sales pitches and solution demonstrations tailored to client business and technological goals.
• Oversee and shape the entire sales process, guaranteeing a smooth transition from strategy to implementation.
• Establish long-term strategic partnerships within the Consumer Business Services ecosystem to foster ongoing growth.
• Collaborate across Acxiom advisory, engineering, delivery, and marketing teams to create industry-specific go-to-market strategies and solution offerings.
• Keep accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting in line with company objectives and sales targets.
• Remain knowledgeable about emerging trends in Consumer Business Services to position Acxiom as a credible thought leader.
• Over 5 years of sales or account executive experience, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem consulting or services.
• More than 3 years of experience working with clients in Consumer Business Services.
• Proven track record in selling Salesforce Platform and associated Salesforce industry solutions and/or accelerators.
• Demonstrated success in managing intricate enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (or a comparable combination of education and experience).
• Salesforce Certifications in multiple Core Clouds, Agentforce, Data360, and Loyalty Management are highly preferred.
