This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with clients to identify their key data challenges—such as high-frequency trading, genomics processing, AI model training, or autonomous vehicle sensor fusion.
• Convert technical requirements into sophisticated, scalable storage solutions that surpass expectations.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process.
• Design storage systems for AI/ML training, HPC simulations, data analytics, and GPU-accelerated workloads.
• Ensure designs prioritize reliability, resilience, security, and scalability—balancing performance with data protection.
• Develop BOMs, system architectures, and technical proposals for intricate RFPs.
• Execute live demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and performance evaluations.
• Keep up-to-date with trends in AI infrastructure and storage technology.
• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams by leveraging field insights.
• Guide team members and contribute to the development of technical thought leadership.
• Influence product direction based on client requirements.
• 0-3 years of experience in the IT sector or a related field.
• Familiarity with storage and data architectures such as SAN, NAS, object storage, and parallel file systems.
• Knowledge of architectural principles concerning reliability, resilience, security, and scalability.
• Understanding of storage and data protocols including S3, POSIX, NFS, and SMB.
• Awareness of network protocols such as TCP/IP, InfiniBand, and RDMA.
• Interest in massively parallel technologies, including Lustre, GPFS, and Exascaler.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
