
Advisory Sales Engineer – Strategic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with clients to identify their key data challenges.
• Convert technical requirements into effective and scalable storage solutions.
• Serve as a reliable technical consultant throughout the sales process.
• Design storage systems for AI/ML training, HPC simulations, data analytics, and GPU-accelerated tasks.
• Ensure designs prioritize reliability, resilience, security, and scalability.
• Develop BOMs, system architectures, and technical proposals for intricate RFPs.
• Perform live demonstrations, proofs of concept, and performance evaluations.
• Work in conjunction with Product and Engineering teams utilizing field insights.
• 0-3 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
• 3-8+ years of experience in designing storage/infrastructure solutions (for seasoned candidates).
• Practical experience with enterprise storage systems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, HPC, or high-performance workloads (preferred).
