This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end tracking and facilitate the delivery of various clinical program initiatives, overseeing scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and outcomes from initiation to closure.
• Create and uphold integrated project plans, roadmaps, and delivery artifacts to guarantee clear accountability and timely execution.
• Engage in cross-functional workgroups as a representative for enterprise clinical projects.
• Assist in managing governance and delivery forums, which include project kickoffs, status reviews, risk evaluations, and retrospectives.
• Proactively handle risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to oversee scope changes and evaluate impacts on timelines, resources, and outcomes.
• Prepare succinct, executive-ready reports that convey progress, risks, necessary decisions, and performance metrics.
• Foster the adoption and sustainability of delivered solutions through effective change management and ongoing improvement.
• Prioritize demands across multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Work closely with senior team leaders and staff to align leadership priorities, manage team meeting schedules, communications, and key deliverables.
• A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree (MPH, MBA, MHA) is preferred.
• A minimum of 4+ years of project or program management experience in delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven expertise in key project management areas, including planning, scheduling, risk management, dependency tracking, and change control.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication, with experience presenting to senior leaders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including the preparation of executive-level materials.
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects within a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency in AI solutions for project management, as well as project and collaboration tools like Wrike, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and/or Microsoft Project.
