This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Recruit registered and independent advisors to collaborate with the Field Marketing Organization (FMO).

• Promote and support the sales of fixed and fixed index annuities by advisors.

• Recommend products that are in the best interest of clients, conforming to AG supervision and due diligence standards.

• Utilize knowledge of SEC, FINRA, and DOL compliance regulations.

• Train and educate advisors on the applications of fixed and fixed index annuities.

• Develop strategies for client profiling to help financial professionals identify and maximize sales opportunities using enterprise technologies.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including new business and marketing, to deliver case design reporting and suitable carrier products and pricing.

• Guide producers from the initial sales concept to the point of sale, ensuring in-depth product knowledge and excellent customer service.

• Recruit and train new producers on the integration of annuities into their practice.

• Concentrate on reducing advisor attrition and supporting recurring producers.

• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Life & Health Insurance License is required.

• An insurance license is necessary.

• Over 5 years of brokerage New Business or Life Insurance company experience is essential.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer, including familiarity with carrier and vendor websites.

• Intermediate business writing skills are needed.

• Ability to learn new technologies as required.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, along with exceptional customer service skills.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while adapting to change.

• Series 6 & 63 or Series 7 licenses are preferred.
