• Develop, oversee, and expand a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals.
• Engage with and qualify both incoming leads and self-sourced opportunities, guiding prospects through the sales journey to successful closure.
• Proactively seek out and assess potential clients and decision-makers using innovative outreach and lead generation techniques.
• Conduct exploratory discussions to comprehend client needs and present customized solutions.
• Maintain regular sales activities through organized planning, diligent follow-up, and effective pipeline management.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with potential clients to enhance conversion rates and ensure ongoing engagement.
• Clearly articulate value propositions, offer consultative support, and confidently advance opportunities toward closure.
• Collaborate closely with Account Management to facilitate a seamless transition from sale to onboarding.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing targets.
• Excellent communication abilities with a talent for building trust and influencing decision-makers.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple opportunities concurrently.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in commercial insurance and possession of an active P&C license are mandatory.
