Advertising Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for exchange operations within the APAC region, coordinating between demand and supply teams.

• Oversee the health of the marketplace, including traffic quality, campaign delivery, and exchange performance metrics.

• Address and resolve operational issues that affect buyers, publishers, and platform performance.

• Collaborate closely with SSP, DSP, agency, advertiser, and publisher partners to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.

• Analyze bidstream, delivery, and performance data to pinpoint optimization opportunities.

• Assist in the onboarding and operational integration of new demand and supply partners.

• Work in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to enhance exchange functionality and operational processes.

• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, reporting, and documentation.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing marketplace efficiency and quality.

• Act as the escalation point for complex operational and technical issues within the APAC region.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Ad Operations, Market Quality, Exchange Operations, or Programmatic Operations in an SSP, Ad Exchange, DSP, or a comparable AdTech environment.

• Solid understanding of RTB, programmatic advertising, SSPs, DSPs, and the dynamics of exchanges.

• Proficient in Excel and SQL, with the capability to analyze extensive datasets.

• Experience in troubleshooting issues related to campaign delivery, bidding, targeting, and marketplace quality.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering.
