📋 Description

• Overseeing a strategy for retention and growth in collaboration with cross-curricular SLT within Multi-Academy Trusts and priority school accounts.

• Generating leads and opportunities across GQ & VQ for CDMs.

• Accelerating revenue growth within the MAT customer base.

• Boosting revenue growth in priority school accounts.

• Recognizing and capitalizing on growth and risk opportunities in your region.

• Meeting coverage targets.

• Collaborating across functions to assist customers in both acquisition and retention.

• Delivering regional SLT Briefings on a termly basis.

• Generating profitable sales through new business development and senior leadership relationships, enhancing sales effectiveness and efficiency.

• Surpassing annual revenue targets by developing and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities across qualifications and learning services, adhering to well-defined account strategies.

• Collaborating closely with accounts and stakeholders to implement a retention and growth strategy that fosters overall year-on-year growth.

• Taking responsibility for driving revenue from qualifications and learning services across a diverse product portfolio in your region.

• Demonstrating the ability to achieve results and outcomes through professionally planned and executed strategies.

• Formulating a strategy to ensure the highest probability of success within your region.

• Working effectively within your regional matrix team, including the development and implementation of regional strategies to boost revenue.

• Exhibiting foresight and adaptability to adjust your strategy in order to maximize opportunities and mitigate risks.

• Utilizing and interpreting market data to leverage strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for driving revenue growth.

• Effectively using One CRM (Salesforce) to document interactions and pipeline, while also driving optimal outputs.

• Building, maintaining, and managing relationships with prospective customers at key stakeholder levels.

• Navigating the complex dynamics of secondary schools and their stakeholders.

• Consistently identifying and cultivating new customer relationships.

• Employing sales expertise and techniques to transform customer relationships into growth opportunities.

• Delivering comprehensive product knowledge within the 11-19 education sector; providing insights to various stakeholders.

• Applying appropriate sales tools and skills to achieve productive outcomes at every stage.

• Demonstrating a deep understanding of customers' learning and growth strategies, values, challenges, and internal policies, and applying this knowledge to growth plans.

• Communicating the value of your offerings in ways that resonate with the customer, effectively overcoming competition and engaging key stakeholders.

• Delivering compelling sales presentations and communicating with confidence and authority to relevant stakeholders and decision-makers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to leverage communication to influence attitudes or behaviors by utilizing written or verbal communication to achieve specific advantages, impacts, or outcomes.

• Exhibit a collaborative attitude and behavior aligned with team and organizational values, as the matrix account structure will enhance the overall customer experience.

• Strong sales skills, especially in managing senior-level relationships within secondary schools/trusts and driving revenue growth.

• In-depth product knowledge across resources and qualifications in the secondary education market.

• Proficient in objection handling, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Demonstrate, share, and inform best practices.

• Provide valuable market insights to other business areas to inform regional activities.

• Excellent understanding of the UK education landscape.

• Proven experience in a business-to-business sales context, selling complex solutions at a senior level (growth and acquisition).

• Willingness to travel frequently (80%) as this is a field-based role.

• Possession of a full UK driving license.
