This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Advocate for Pearson’s Vocational Qualifications (BTEC, Pearson Assured) and its offerings to all Vocational Education Institutions within the designated region of Indonesia.
• Deliver a variety of support, consulting, training, and development services to foster sales growth among customers.
• Achieve targeted growth in alignment with established objectives by retaining current business and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Pearson products within the existing customer base.
• Work collaboratively with fellow account managers within the Line of Business or other departments to promote upselling and cross-selling of Pearson products and services.
• Utilize Sales Force daily to create an efficient sales pipeline by logging sales opportunities and analyzing data on various key business drivers.
• Cultivate relationships at all levels within customer organizations to uncover sales opportunities, network effectively, and conduct fact-finding to meet plans and objectives.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships to influence key stakeholders regarding vocational qualifications in the assigned territory, including government bodies, non-governmental organizations, and vocational institutions, positioning Pearson as the preferred provider of educational solutions.
• Maintain consistent communication and perform annual business reviews with designated key accounts.
• Actively stay informed about industry trends and customer-specific challenges.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Specialist, with at least 3 of those years in the education and learning sector, as well as in Customer Experience.
