This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Propel the growth of the GEDWorks program through proactive prospecting, consultative sales, and strategic alliances.
β’ Develop and oversee a comprehensive sales pipeline for GEDWorks' employer and workforce partnerships.
β’ Collaborate with the Pearson GEST sales team and GEDWorks to uncover new opportunities.
β’ Ensure the integrity of customer relationship management records and maintain data quality.
β’ Work in conjunction with GEDWorks leadership to identify and pursue grant opportunities.
β’ Collaborate closely with Marketing to enhance lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
β’ Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) in business development, consultative sales, or partnership management, ideally within education, workforce development, or employer-funded programs.
β’ Demonstrated capability to prospect, build sales pipelines, and manage opportunities from initial lead to final close.
β’ Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for conveying value in a clear, persuasive, and data-driven manner.
β’ Highly organized, self-driven, and adept at functioning in a results-focused environment.
β’ Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to influence others effectively.
β’ Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar) for managing leads and pipeline activities.
