Advanced Practice Provider – Virtual Health Assessment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional virtual care to patients.

• Utilize prescriptive authority as part of a collaborative practice agreement, working together with Physicians on the care team to provide comprehensive care, especially for complex patients.

• Conduct follow-ups on lab results, imaging, and maintain closed loop communication with patients and other healthcare providers.

• Employ tools that facilitate virtual examinations, including remote home monitoring devices, remote physical assessments, and point-of-care diagnostics.

• Engage in a collaborative care model alongside registered nurses, medical assistants, primary care providers, behavioral health clinicians, and clinical supervisors.

• Attend necessary meetings such as huddles, case conferences, and regular service line All Hands sessions.

• Offer constructive feedback to enhance operational workflows and product features.

• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.

• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.

• Report to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP), or Physician Assistant (PA) from an accredited program.

• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC).

• Over 3 years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.

• At least 2 years of experience providing virtual care.

• Licensed in a minimum of 2 core Oscar States.

• Georgia License is mandatory.

• Compact RN license is required if the candidate is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).

• Familiarity with remote diagnostic and home monitoring tools.

• Must be able and willing to acquire additional licensure in Oscar Medical Group states.
