Advanced Practice Provider, APP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive clinical care through video consultations, covering Acute Care, including pediatrics and mental health.

• Participate in regular weekend day shifts (7 AM to 7 PM on Saturday and Sunday plus one weekday).

• Assist physicians with the management of Epic inbox, including labs, imaging, and patient inquiries.

• Educate patients on suitable treatments and care plans tailored to their health requirements.

• Prescribe medications and refills as necessary.

• Drive superior quality care with a strong emphasis on patient outcomes.

• Enhance remote care by providing compassionate and meaningful support.

• Utilize critical thinking to develop innovative solutions to challenges that may arise or escalate as needed.

• Collaborate effectively with Care Team Members.

• Achieve challenging goals as part of a top-tier team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a Primary Care environment.

• Must be licensed in FL, NJ, NY, MA and/or possess an active NLC.

• At least 1 year of experience using Epic EMR is required.

• Current enrollment or eligibility for enrollment as a Medicare provider is necessary.

• Experience in primary care and behavioral health, capable of treating both acute and chronic conditions.

• Should be tech-savvy, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and possess telemedicine experience.

• Must have a clean background and medical malpractice history.

• Availability to work weekend hours, totaling 36 hours per week (7 AM to 7 PM on Saturday and Sunday plus one weekday).
