This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Establish new connections within the small to mid-sized business sector while achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
• Strong telephone communication skills.
• What approach will you use to reach the decision maker?
• Comprehensive understanding of the product line (Training will be provided).
• Upon joining, successfully complete a 3–4-week training program encompassing product knowledge, sales tactics, and one-on-one collaboration with the Learning Solutions team and Sales Manager.
• Utilize persuasion skills to navigate past initial prospect responses of "Not interested."
• Manage intricate inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
• Oversee prospect pipeline using CRM-Salesforce.
• Keep detailed and accurate customer records up to date.
• Assess and prioritize sales leads with strategic potential.
• Log, analyze, and report on comprehensive sales activities and trends.
• Create and present detailed sales quotes and proposals.
• Address highly complex customer issues related to products and services.
• Work in collaboration with various departments for large-scale orders.
• Execute strategic sales initiatives and projects.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in B2B sales.
• Experience in corporate compliance or registered agent services industries is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Strategic Customer Service Orientation: Ability to address complex and strategic customer requirements.
• Strategic Sales Techniques: Capability to develop and implement specialized sales strategies.
• Professional Communication Skills: High-level, nuanced communication abilities.
• Expert CRM Use: Advanced knowledge of CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
• Exceptional Organization: Excellent task and time management skills.
