This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
β’ Conduct customer sales qualification by handling inbound calls, web inquiries, and email communications.
β’ Perform outreach and follow up on campaigns for both new and existing customers.
β’ Engage in cross-selling and upselling of new solutions to current CT subscription clients.
β’ Assist with the renewal process for CT subscriptions.
β’ Evaluate, qualify, and prospect potential new customers for sales opportunities.
β’ Acquire knowledge and remain updated on the CT suite product offerings.
β’ Maintain and update the sales CRM database on Salesforce.com.
β’ Oversee and manage the prospector inbound web form queue within Salesforce.com.
β’ Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written.
β’ Capability to work efficiently and effectively.
