This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Implement customer business goals and facilitate value realization in complex or stalled adoption scenarios.
• Empower end-users to utilize Tanium products effectively.
• Assist and document the technical setup and configuration of intricate products in runbooks.
• Deliver onsite technical support for issues that may jeopardize adoption or lead to churn risks.
• Offer documented feedback post-engagement to Product, Engineering, Enablement, and Customer Service Operations.
• Help Tanium customers articulate their business objectives as a post-sale product specialist.
• Manage exceptional customer engagement challenges at Enterprise and Major accounts.
• Provide product-specific advice for advanced use cases during short-term projects.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 8 years in the industry with strong technical skills across various areas such as networking, security, operations, scripting, and/or programming.
• Experience in one or more of the following: endpoint security, endpoint support/troubleshooting, incident response, systems management, or utility scripting.
• Proficient in utility scripting with bash, PowerShell, VBScript, or Python.
• Extensive practical experience with Tanium.
• Previous experience and comprehensive knowledge to lead customers and internal teams.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and continuously enhance expertise in the Tanium platform and its modules.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to clearly communicate problem statements and proposed plans.
• Good judgment with the ability to prioritize based on cost and value.
• Capability to work independently on complex and poorly documented issues.
• Ability to adhere to established technical support protocols.
