Advanced Care RN – Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Employing monitoring, assessment, planning, intervention, and critical thinking skills to provide care for acute patient populations in their homes.

• Assisting patients and their families throughout the various stages of care within Hicuity Health.

• Monitoring and reacting to biometric data in accordance with Hicuity Health protocols.

• Performing home and audio/visual patient care visits as instructed by the care team and/or protocols.

• Ensuring all interventions outlined in the patient’s care plan are executed effectively with a patient-centered focus.

• Utilizing the resources and expertise of the Hicuity Health team and supplier partners to establish collaborative workflows, standards, policies, protocols, guidelines, and documentation systems that promote safe, reliable, high-quality, evidence-based care grounded in clinical protocols.

• Complying with clinical protocols and demonstrating a willingness to receive necessary training to deliver care based on evidence-based practices.

• Advocating for professional practice and fostering a culture of safety; showing readiness to participate in process improvement initiatives.

• Achieving certifications as mandated by Hicuity Health.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active, unencumbered California state license.

• RN Compact (multi-state) license in addition to a CA license is preferred.

• A minimum of three (3) years of RN experience is required.

• Experience in Med/Surg or Nursing within an inpatient hospital setting is essential.

• Solid clinical knowledge is necessary.

• Ability to promote patient safety and ensure a positive patient experience.

• Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment and schedule across various shifts and days.

• A team player who is also capable of working independently.

• Commitment to ongoing learning and continuing education to effectively care for diverse patient populations.

• Ability to collaborate, advocate, and mentor others in a professional and respectful manner.

• Demonstrate collaborative and respectful relationships with colleagues and clients; lead by example.
