This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Implement designated elements of integrated student acquisition campaigns utilizing various marketing channels such as paid media, social media, email, web, influencer, affiliate, and others.
• Oversee campaign schedules, tasks, and deliverables for your assigned workstreams.
• Assist in the setup, quality assurance, launch activities, and management of the promotional calendar with increasing responsibilities.
• Ensure that campaigns are consistent with messaging strategies, audience targeting requirements, and adhere to Pearson brand standards.
• Collaborate in executing test-and-learn initiatives aimed at enhancing campaign performance and boosting student engagement.
• Aid in the planning and execution of marketing activations, events, and engagement programs directed at students on college campuses and through partner channels.
• Manage logistics, materials, promotional assets, and vendor deliverables for assigned activations.
• Support bookstore programs, orientation events, student outreach initiatives with our Pearson Campus Ambassadors (PCA’s), and other acquisition-focused engagement activities.
• Ensure that activations are completed on schedule, within budget, and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Assist in post-event reporting and documenting key insights and performance outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, internal Marketing Centers of Excellence, and regional teams to facilitate campaign and activation execution.
• Coordinate with creative, media, experiential, and agency partners to produce campaign assets and activation materials.
• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned campaign components, vendors, or project deliverables.
• Maintain project plans, marketing calendars, and execution documentation to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Liaise with external marketing agencies, campus activation vendors, and promotional partners to coordinate deliverables.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, approvals, and project status across various external partners.
• Aid in vendor onboarding, invoice tracking, and the management of program execution.
• Help oversee vendor performance and pinpoint opportunities to enhance execution quality and efficiency.
• Track campaign and activation performance for assigned activities, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist with reporting and provide insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and student engagement.
• Participate in testing and optimization efforts across messaging, audiences, channels, and activation tactics.
• Evaluate acquisition and engagement metrics to guide future marketing investments and program enhancements.
• Implement best practices in campaign execution, audience segmentation, targeting, and student engagement.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the student journey, acquisition funnel, and channel strategy.
• Identify areas for process improvement, efficiency, and higher execution quality.
• Continuously enhance marketing, project management, and vendor management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing, campaign management, or related roles, preferably within the Education, Tech, Financial Services, or E-commerce sectors.
• Proven history of supporting and/or executing marketing campaigns across diverse channels, with a preference for digital.
• This position qualifies for participation in an annual incentive program.
