📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for various client accounts

• Manage client expectations while ensuring the delivery of top-quality products

• Implement intricate analytical workflows, which include OSINT investigations, web scraping, and enhanced due diligence (EDD)

• Review, audit, and consolidate technical data from cross-functional teams

• Convert raw data into comprehensive, high-level intelligence reports

• Examine large datasets to extract key insights and pinpoint actionable intelligence

• Simplify complex findings into executive-level presentations and deliver intelligence reports

• Collaborate with teams to ensure technical product requirements align with the evolving needs of clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Established experience in client-facing positions

• Extensive technical or professional knowledge in at least one of the following areas: banking and regulatory compliance; cryptocurrency, including blockchain forensics, smart contract decoding, and crypto-native systems and terminology; OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence)

• Capability to navigate a dynamic environment and manage diverse, competing requests from stakeholders

• Availability for a flexible schedule and readiness to occasionally work beyond standard business hours to meet urgent client needs or accommodate global time zone requirements

• Proficiency in English

• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory

• US citizenship is preferred but not mandatory for eligibility regarding certain government-contracted projects and sensitive datasets
