Advanced Analytics Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead the newly established Neuromodulation Marketing team within Enterprise Operations Insights.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and address business challenges.

• Facilitate the ideation and development of analytical solutions across various functions.

• Gather requirements and recommend enhancements to analytical processes.

• Create analytics, insights, user workflows, and analytic products.

• Offer subject matter expertise and technical knowledge.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams and departments within Enterprise Operations Insights.

• Conduct daily scrum meetings with the Analytics Development and Data Engineering teams.

• Lead the development and implementation of analytical solutions.

• Ensure alignment of analytics and insights with overall business processes and objectives.

• Support and promote analytics initiatives.

• Encourage the adoption and utilization of analytics tools and insights.

• Provide training on analytic tools.

• Guarantee timely and effective delivery of solutions.

• Generate insights for business applications and act as an analytics steward.

• Deliver customer service and educate stakeholders to foster data-driven decision-making.

• Travel up to 25%, typically once per quarter.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• University degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Marketing Analytics, Finance Analytics, and Salesforce Analytics.

• Previous experience as a Product Owner in a Scrum setting.

• Capability to influence decisions and drive projects to successful completion.

• Proficiency in SQL and Snowflake data models.

• Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI.

• Familiarity with PowerApps and Power Automate.

• Experience utilizing Agile tools like DevOps.

• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.

• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required upon hire and throughout employment for positions below the Principal level.
