• Evaluate current and upcoming Meta campaigns to ensure accuracy in settings, budgets, target audiences, creatives, and naming conventions.
• Track campaign performance to confirm that budgets are being utilized as planned; promptly report any under- or over-spending issues.
• Confirm URLs, UTMs, and the functionality of destinations before and after the launch.
• Conduct daily delivery assessments and identify any anomalies or errors for reporting.
• Aid in the campaign setup process using provided briefs and detailed instructions.
• Ensure that the appropriate creative versions are utilized and in accordance with launch specifications.
• Effectively communicate any errors, risks, or pacing concerns to senior team members.
• Monitor and track identified issues until resolution to guarantee seamless execution.
• Independently create campaigns based on approved briefs.
• Execute routine maintenance tasks such as pausing, duplicating, and updating budgets.
• At least 1 year of direct experience using Meta Ads Manager.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive, process-oriented tasks comfortably.
• Capability to follow instructions accurately and consistently meet deadlines.
• Strong written communication skills for effective internal collaboration.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, Slack, and Google Meet.
