📋 Description

• Act as a client-side resource on implementation projects for technical configurations, integrations, testing, and validation tasks.

• Oversee daily project activities to ensure a successful payroll transition for clients.

• Set up workflows to enhance system buildout.

• Generate custom reports and present templated reports to maximize value during client implementation or optimization projects.

• Provide tailored system training for clients to promote high technology adoption rates during implementation or optimization projects.

• Analyze current client processes and pinpoint software opportunities that will yield the highest value and functionality for the client.

• Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize their requirements.

• Directly liaise with platform vendors to resolve queries and design solutions for optimization tasks.

• Work in partnership with leaders, project managers, and other consultants to ensure highly successful client relationships.

• Engage in pre-sales scoping analysis to assess project requirements and estimated hours.

• Seek and participate in cross-training opportunities to enhance skills across various platforms and domains (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, HR, Custom Reporting, Integrations, Data, etc.).

• Support project managers and team members in developing detailed inputs for project plan sections related to technical configurations and/or integrations for clients.

• Contribute to the development and execution of test scripts and audits linked to all technical configurations and/or integrations throughout all project phases, including SIT, UAT, Parallel, and Go-live.

• Act as a liaison between the client, platform vendor, and HCM Unlocked data resources to ensure accurate and complete capture of client data requirements during the design phase and validation during testing.

• Serve as a communication bridge between platform vendors and HCM Unlocked technical resources, offering oversight and input during the design and testing phases of inbound/outbound integrations.

• Review existing clients' technical architecture and landscape, providing recommendations for optimizations aimed at preventing errors in the end-to-end data flow.

• Deliver formal signoff on technical configuration work to the Project Manager at each critical validation stage gate.

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to keep the Open Issues log updated and resolve all items related to technical configurations and/or integrations promptly.

• Provide the Project Manager with proof of testing and validation for technical configuration and/or integration work.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and data validation tools to assist the project team in investigating issues and verifying data accuracy in customer databases.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a high-volume, client-facing implementation role within a vendor or consulting organization.

• Expertise in multiple modules within ADP WFN, including system implementation, custom reporting capabilities, and payroll processing knowledge.

• Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing implementation role.

• Previous experience in owning and leading a project.

• Proficient in Time & Attendance system configuration, understanding labor allocation requirements, and integration with various time capture systems to payrolls.

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in a computer-related field.

• Familiarity with integrations between third-party systems, such as API, EDI, or batch processing of flat files.

• Capability to apply QA processes that document before-and-after outcomes and meet governance and audit standards.

• Ability to develop specific test scripts tailored to individual client needs, ensuring 100% validation of all client data and technical configurations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Understanding of PII data and governance requirements, with the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive company and employee information.

• Develop and deepen understanding of the impact of HR-related situations, such as new hires, life events, terminations, and open enrollments, to assist Benefits in ensuring compliance with all regulatory, carrier, and client guidelines.

• Collaborate with the Benefits team to facilitate plan build, testing, and successful launch of open enrollment, as well as ongoing maintenance of eligibility within a client's HRIS/online enrollment platform.

• Comprehend and execute the process for building, testing, and deploying EDI file feeds between clients' insurance carriers and HRIS systems, including plan rule setup, extracting employee data, troubleshooting eligibility during testing, and regular maintenance of files once feeds are active (addressing any discrepancies).

• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and articulate ideas effectively.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in an organized manner; demonstrated organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills, with the ability to remain composed during stressful situations such as customer escalations.

• Familiarity with, or capacity to quickly learn, teach, and instruct on various HRIS software platforms.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential.

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
