This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Develop and sustain a network of connections with church leaders, youth pastors, and denominational representatives throughout the designated region, regardless of denomination or faith tradition.
β’ Forge and expand partnerships with community colleges to facilitate transfer-student pathways, including articulation agreements and on-campus recruiting visits.
β’ Nurture relationships with counselors and staff at both Christian and non-Christian/public high schools to establish trust as a reliable resource for college guidance.
β’ Travel frequently within the assigned area to represent the University at churches, schools, community colleges, and college fairs.
β’ Organize and implement recruitment events and presentations tailored to various partner types (church youth groups, transfer fairs, school assemblies, etc.).
β’ Professionally represent the University across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, podcasting) in a manner that positively reflects on the institution.
β’ Maintain consistent communication with prospective students and referral partners throughout all stages of the admissions process.
β’ Monitor and report on relationship-building activities and their impact on enrollment using University CRM/admissions systems.
β’ Assist in assessing the effectiveness of regional partnerships and adapt strategies to achieve enrollment objectives.
β’ A solid understanding and appreciation of Christian higher education, with the ability to build authentic rapport with partners from diverse faith backgrounds.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is required.
β’ Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills β this position primarily revolves around earning trust with churches, schools, and colleges.
β’ Strong public speaking and presentation skills suitable for diverse audiences (congregations, classrooms, fairs).
β’ Self-driven and adept at independently managing a large, geographically dispersed network of contacts.
β’ Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including evenings and weekends.
β’ Creative, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented in a sales-focused recruitment environment.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/admissions software.
β’ Comfortable and responsible in representing the University through social media.
