This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the organization.

• Schedule and organize meetings, training sessions, and various activities.

• Set up Zoom meetings and disseminate links and pertinent information to participants.

• Coordinate communications with participants, partners, and community members.

• Manage WhatsApp groups and other communication platforms.

• Assist in programs, events, and training sessions.

• Keep schedules, tasks, and organizational activities well-organized and on track.

• Handle administrative responsibilities for the founder to enable her focus on fundraising and organizational development.

• Schedule social media posts utilizing organizational scheduling tools.

• Prepare and organize content in alignment with the posting schedule.

• Understand how content is presented on platforms like LinkedIn.

• Provide basic social media coordination and organization support.

• Adhere to existing content and posting guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with the founder to grasp priorities and upcoming requirements.

• Recognize administrative tasks that can be managed independently.

• Maintain clear communication and ensure follow-through on assigned tasks.

• Adjust responsibilities as the organization expands and additional support becomes necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, coordinator, or in a comparable role.

• Practical experience in social media management or scheduling.

• Basic understanding of how posts are displayed on platforms like LinkedIn.

• Experience in scheduling meetings and utilizing tools such as Zoom.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to work independently while accepting direction and feedback.

• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable operating in a flexible, dynamic nonprofit environment.

• English proficiency at C1 level or equivalent professional standard.
