This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure adherence to KPIs and quality benchmarks.
• Lead remote teams, fostering productivity, effective communication, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Enhance operational and administrative processes by identifying areas for ongoing improvement.
• Assist in talent management activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, and team development.
• Track operational KPIs and recommend corrective or enhancement measures.
• Cultivate client relationships, guaranteeing exceptional service and satisfaction levels.
• Aid in the planning and management of operational and administrative resources.
• Oversee the deployment of tools and systems aimed at boosting operational efficiency.
• At least 5 years of experience in operational positions within service or outsourcing firms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in managing teams, preferably in a remote setting.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in managing client relationships and monitoring operational workflows.
