This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver high-level administrative assistance to senior program leaders at PPG.
• Execute a wide range of administrative tasks, including calendar management and travel coordination.
• Prepare agendas and briefing materials for meetings.
• Collect, organize, and compile data for reports and presentations.
• Maintain contact lists, CRM records, and assist with follow-ups on outreach activities.
• Organize and preserve program files and documentation.
• Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives.
• Offer gap coverage for the CEO and COO in the absence of the Executive Assistant.
• Coordinate meetings, manage logistics, and support events.
• Oversee inventory and manage the shipping of company equipment and materials.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience will be considered in place of formal education.
• A minimum of 2 years in administrative or executive support roles, preferably within a nonprofit setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Adobe, and Canva.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Willingness and capacity to travel 2-4 times per year.
