This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee and manage the scheduling of internal training sessions as well as corporate training timelines.
• Maintain, update, and monitor the training matrix to ensure compliance with onboarding procedures and mandatory training requirements.
• Assist in tracking Individual Development Plans (IDPs), which includes compiling and analyzing satisfaction and training effectiveness surveys.
• Responsible for organizing, standardizing, and cleansing data across various corporate databases.
• Ensure the integrity, consistency, and reliability of management information for reporting purposes to the executive board.
• Provide support to the Copyrights department as needed, assisting with document organization, file management, and administrative tasks.
• Aid the Recruitment & Selection and Personnel/Payroll Departments by focusing on hiring processes, new employee integration, and onboarding activities.
• Education: A completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Data: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (Intermediate to Advanced level); proficiency will be assessed through a practical test.
• Technology: Familiarity with ERP systems and HR management software related to recruiting and selection, time & attendance, benefits, or payroll.
• Experience: Proven experience in HR administrative tasks and in managing large datasets and spreadsheets.
• Home office allowance: R$ 210.00/month.
