Adjunct Faculty – Recording Arts BS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Employ a variety of teaching methods and promote active learning.

• Design learning activities, which include assignments, tests, quizzes, and labs.

• Evaluate student outcomes promptly through effective assessments and constructive feedback.

• Conduct lectures for on-campus courses and facilitate scheduled virtual meetings for online classes.

• Engage positively with a diverse range of student demographics.

• Provide all students with equal access to learning opportunities.

• Show dedication to the industry by maintaining knowledge and skill relevance through ongoing education as outlined in the faculty development plan.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of four (4) years of relevant and verifiable professional experience.

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Recording Arts, Audio Production, Audio Engineering, Music Technology, Studio Music, Commercial Music, Media Writing and Production, Music Studio Composition, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in software applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Expertise in studio recording, mixing, and/or audio production.

• Familiarity with music technology software, particularly Logic Pro and Pro Tools, is highly preferred.
