Adjunct Faculty – Medical Biochemistry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Instruct medical biochemistry through online platforms.

• Develop lectures, lecture notes, learning objectives, PowerPoint presentations, examination questions, and course syllabi.

• Conduct courses asynchronously via the Canvas Learning Management System during accelerated 8-week terms.

• Engage in and provide recommendations for curriculum development and assessment.

• Create a stimulating learning atmosphere using innovative teaching methods.

• Offer mentorship and support to students.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A terminal degree, specifically a PhD, is required.

• Experience in online teaching is essential.

• A letter of interest must be submitted.

• A current curriculum vitae is required.

• Copies of academic transcripts need to be submitted.

• A statement outlining your teaching philosophy is necessary.

• Contact details for three to five professional references must be provided.

• Final candidates will be subject to a criminal history record check and, when applicable, checks related to financial and/or motor vehicle history.
