Adjudication Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees project(s) promptly while adhering to ICON's SOPs, ICH-GCP, and relevant regulations.

• Executes projects in line with the contract, timelines, and study budget.

• Recognizes out-of-scope activities and initiates budget change orders and contract modifications.

• Conducts project finance reporting tasks.

• Participates in and presents at Investigator Meetings, Client Kick-Off Meetings, and various client meetings.

• Carries out user acceptance testing for the electronic endpoint adjudication system.

• Ensures that all required study-specific training is provided to the study team to enhance performance and knowledge.

• Creates and maintains all trial documentation (e.g., Charter, Procedure Manual, Site Manual, Adjudication Forms, Communication Plan, System Requirement Specifications, Data Transfer Specifications, and Committee Training Manual).

• Acts as the primary study contact for clients and both internal and external study teams.

• Leads the internal endpoint adjudication processing team.

• Develops and oversees endpoint adjudication processing workflows to ensure efficiency.

• Facilitates the creation of project reports and disseminates them to the study team.

• Implements Quality Control measures for the adjudication process and its outcomes as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in clinical research.

• Proficient in timeline and budget management.

• Experience in endpoint adjudication is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong time management abilities with the capacity to prioritize effectively.

• Detail-oriented.

• Bachelor’s degree.
