This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Conduct intake evaluations to assess Member readiness and identify the suitable level of care.
• Lead group and individual counseling sessions utilizing Affect’s evidence-based curriculum.
• Offer crisis intervention and coordinate relevant referrals as necessary.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation within our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors on personalized treatment and discharge planning.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and all pertinent state regulations.
• Active and verifiable license from one of the following North Carolina licenses: LCAS, LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC, LPC, as well as your state of residence if it is not North Carolina.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms.
• Committed to supporting individuals in recovery and fostering therapeutic relationships.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.
