This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Establish and enhance advertising campaigns on our proprietary platform in partnership with internal teams.
• Oversee daily campaign performance management.
• Recommend appropriate audience segments for activation.
• Collaborate closely with Account Management teams to comprehend objectives, fulfill client requirements, and communicate outcomes.
• Serve as the primary contact for addressing any issues related to campaign progress (ad operations) and liaise with the Support team when needed.
• Examine statistical discrepancies using third-party measurement tools in conjunction with the Support team.
• Offer suggestions on creative formats while working closely with the teams responsible for content creation.
• Cultivate real expertise in the local market by developing and maintaining robust relationships with local publishers and SSPs.
• Strong knowledge of digital programmatic buying with 1-3 years of practical experience using demand-side platforms.
• Background in Campaign Management / Ad Trafficking.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and think creatively when faced with analytical challenges.
• Capability to self-manage, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain a keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills – ability to summarize key concepts for a non-technical audience.
• Familiarity with the local media agency landscape.
• Comfortable adopting a start-up mindset, eager to tackle intriguing global challenges.
