This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Oversee advertising operations, ensuring effectiveness, optimization, and enhancement of ad revenue streams.
• Proactively drive yield optimization throughout the programmatic stack (floors, SSP mix, auction dynamics).
• Assist in enhancing the ad stack configuration (latency, structure, scalability).
• Handle incoming requests, which include campaign trafficking, troubleshooting, and communication with partners.
• Spearhead strategic optimization projects such as new demand integrations and advanced floor strategies.
• Relevant experience in a comparable position, either at a Publisher, Agency, or an Ad Tech company.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts into practical insights.
• Understanding of programmatic advertising (e.g., DSPs, SSPs, ID solutions, CMPs) and how all components interconnect.
• Practical experience with ad servers (GAM) and programmatic configurations (header bidding, SSP integrations).
• Comprehensive knowledge of the advertising industry, including the programmatic sector.
• A sincere interest in web gaming and developing monetization systems for gaming experiences.
• A significant amount of responsibility and autonomy.
