This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Establish, oversee, and evaluate digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and pinpoint areas for optimization.
• Examine campaign data and make informed, data-driven decisions on a daily basis.
• Resolve campaign issues to ensure seamless delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement and enhance campaign performance.
• Create reports and dashboards utilizing Excel, Google Sheets, or platform-specific tools.
• Continuously experiment with different variables (creative content, target audiences, bidding strategies).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in STEM fields such as Math, Engineering, Economics, Physics, or Computer Science.
• Strong analytical skills and a comfort level working with numerical data.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Quick learner with robust problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in working with spreadsheets and handling data.
• Capable of managing repetitive tasks while maintaining focus.
