This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Analyze and predict financial, economic, and various data to inform strategic and operational decisions.

• Establish key metrics and conduct data analyses to enhance business intelligence.

• Assess industry, economic, financial, operational, and market trends to project short-, medium-, and long-term financial and competitive standing.

• Report directly to the Director of Actuarial Analytics/Forecasting.

• Oversee, create, and communicate sophisticated models and analytics that support the reserve development for primary care organizations.

• Ensure the integrity of data through robust controls and processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to address business challenges.

• Supervise and execute root cause analyses of trend and restatement drivers.

• Develop cost-efficient solutions to intricate operational and technical issues.

• Lead a team of specialized actuarial and analytics experts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree.

• FSA or ASA certification along with a relevant advanced degree, extensive professional experience, and/or other pertinent professional qualifications.

• MAAA certification.

• Proven leadership capabilities.

• Proficiency in articulating ideas clearly in both written and verbal communication.

• Experience across more than three functions, including modeling, pricing, rate filing, reporting and analysis, reserving, or trending.

• Experience with multiple products.
