Ad Accounts Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Developing and setting up Facebook accounts for the initiation of ad campaigns

• Supplying media buyers with accounts that meet team requirements and defined KPIs

• Monitoring the quality, stability, and longevity of accounts

• Supervising the team's activities

• Maintaining account records, tracking outcomes, and updating statuses promptly

• Investigating the reasons for bans and other challenges while enhancing account quality

• Engaging with media buyers and swiftly addressing team requirements

• Creating an ecosystem of iGaming products in collaboration with a partner company

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of practical experience in preparing and managing Facebook ad accounts

• Knowledge of the nuances involved in working with ad accounts in Facebook Ads

• Awareness of the primary reasons for bans and strategies for improving account stability

• Self-sufficiency, initiative, and the ability to adapt quickly to changes

• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and process management

• A mindset of ownership and accountability for outcomes

• Passion for constructing systems from the ground up
