Acute Wound Healing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote Solventum products and qualify leads.

• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing detailed information about products or services.

• Assess customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions in Salesforce.com.

• Collaborate with field sales teams and internal resources to meet sales objectives.

• Exhibit comprehensive procedural, clinical, and technical knowledge of products.

• Follow up with leads and prospects to foster relationships and progress the sales pipeline.

• Secure sales and fulfill daily metrics and monthly quotas.

• Remain updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and market changes.

• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 2 years of sales experience, or an Associate Degree with 4 years of sales experience.

• Prior sales experience is preferred, ideally within healthcare or inside sales.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain productivity in both office and remote settings.

• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is essential.

• Proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status.
