Acumatica Consultant – Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide continuous functional assistance to Acumatica clients as a member of the Crestwood Support Team.

• Operate autonomously to complete implementation tasks while collaborating effectively with the implementation team to align with the client’s business requirements and expectations.

• Prioritize and organize personal calendars and schedules, coordinating meetings and calls with clients and Crestwood.

• Act as an Acumatica ERP systems analyst focused on solution implementations and resolving issues.

• Implement multiple suites of modules within the existing Acumatica software solution, possessing a strong working knowledge and experience in relevant business modules, including: Financials and Construction (mandatory), Field Service, Payroll, and Project.

• Engage in comprehensive project implementation from client introductions, kick-offs, training sessions, configuration workshops, data migrations, acceptance testing, to go-live preparations and support.

• Maintain weekly project documentation and time/expense records for effective project management and invoicing.

• Acquire appropriate third-party certifications as deemed necessary.

• Achieve certification and expertise in the assigned software systems, including any required certifications from software publishers to promote their products.

• Inform relevant Crestwood team members about system capabilities that may be pre-released by software publishers when available.

• Dedicate time to enhance professional skills through books, seminars, training sessions, and other resources as recommended by your manager or identified independently.

• Contribute to team meetings and lunch-and-learn sessions by preparing and sharing insights on publisher product releases, new features, tips and tricks, support and bug resolutions, and recent implementation walkthroughs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology, accounting, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience with Acumatica software.

• More than 7 years of experience in software implementation across various ERP software solutions.
