Acumatica Application Consultant – Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate the implementation of software solutions for clients.

• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, monitoring issues, and escalating as per company protocols.

• Apply and adhere to Aktion's methodology to ensure the successful implementation for clients.

• Engage in proactive communication with clients and team members to deliver outstanding client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with one of the following Manufacturing ERP Software:

• Acumatica (preferred)

• Microsoft Dynamics

• Epicor

• Infor CSI/SyteLine, Visual

• Experience in the Manufacturing Industry is preferred.

• Proven skills in accounting and finance.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
