This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver expertise and consulting services on the design, management, administration, and communication of retirement plans for private, public, and church plan clients.
β’ Supervise and evaluate ongoing projects, including funding valuations, government filings, and benefit calculations.
β’ Manage and assess non-recurring projects, such as plan design, assumption studies, plan de-risking, and plan termination.
β’ Act as the main client contact and relationship manager.
β’ Maintain and expand client relationships.
β’ Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through exceptional customer service, professional networking, and engagement in related organizations.
β’ Facilitate the growth and development of Actuarial Analysts.
β’ Function as a technical expert and advocate for sound actuarial practices.
β’ Provide direction and training, which includes assigning, guiding, and assessing work.
β’ Foster a collaborative team environment that values knowledge sharing and idea exchange.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in pension-related consulting.
β’ ASA/EA designation is required.
β’ FSA designation is preferred.
β’ Demonstrated client management abilities.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
β’ Experience with ProVal is preferred.
β’ Excellent analytical skills.
β’ Strong presentation abilities.
