Active Trader Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Assist engaged and sophisticated traders with market activities, securities transactions, and inquiries related to trading.

• Cultivate trusted relationships through proactive client interactions.

• Offer education and support to empower clients in making informed investment choices.

• Recognize opportunities to connect clients with trading tools, resources, and solutions that align with their investment objectives.

• Deliver trading support, education, and guidance.

• Collaborate with clients and internal business units to provide outstanding experiences and assist investors in reaching their financial goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 license is mandatory.

• Series 63 license is mandatory.

• Series 4 license is preferred.

• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a comparable field.

• Proficient knowledge of financial markets, investment products, securities trading, and industry regulations.

• Proven experience supporting trading activities involving equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, margin, and other investment vehicles.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to clearly explain complex trading and investment concepts in a client-friendly manner.

• Ability to assess client needs, provide tailored solutions, and foster long-term relationships.

• Keen attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Must reside within a 90-mile radius of the designated Milwaukee branch site at the time of application.
