Active Trader Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist active and sophisticated traders by addressing market activity, securities transactions, and trading-related inquiries.

• Establish trustworthy relationships through client interactions received via inbound channels.

• Offer education and support to empower clients in making well-informed investment choices.

• Recognize opportunities to link clients with trading tools, resources, and solutions that cater to their investment needs.

• Deliver trading support, education, and expert guidance.

• Collaborate with clients and internal business units to provide outstanding experiences and assist investors in reaching their financial objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must have their primary residence within a 90-mile radius of the approved branch locations: Richmond, Richmond South, and VA Beach at the time of application.

• A Series 7 license is mandatory.

• A Series 63 license is required.

• A Series 4 license is preferred.

• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related area is essential.

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, securities trading, and industry regulations is necessary.

• Experience in supporting trading activities involving equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, margin, and other investment products is required.

• Excellent communication skills are needed to convey complex trading and investment concepts clearly and in a manner that is friendly to clients.

• Ability to assess client needs, provide tailored solutions, and foster long-term relationships.

• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting are crucial.
